Enfield marks the debut of Waide Construction, a prominent player in the commercial building industry, in the realm of residential property development. One to One Hundred was entrusted with the task of crafting a brand identity and creating sales assets in preparation for the launch of Enfield.
Enfield stands out due to its strategic positioning directly opposite the eagerly anticipated City Rail Link transport hub. The attraction of its well-connected location, unique architectural design, and affordable pricing appeals to a wide range of potential buyers. These compelling features were effectively conveyed through various communication channels, reinforcing Enfield's desirability.
We fully embraced the blend of urban and suburban elements found in this locale, carefully selecting an unconventional colour palette inspired by contemporary street culture. Complemented by a dynamic typographic language, our design sought to evoke notions of movement, connectivity, and capitalise on Enfield's exceptional links to transportation infrastructure, bringing to life the brand's compelling positioning statement: 'Get Connected'.
